Why do I need a sneaker server?
In the beginning people were able to cop limited releases off their computers. But as the market got more and more competitive people started to use Windows servers to run their bots and increase their chances of copping. Windows servers are much faster than regular PC’s and can run more tasks.
Will this work on Mac?
If you have a Mac computer then you know how frustrating it is run bots. Setting up Windows on your Mac using a program like VirtualBox is a bad idea, running Windows on Mac hardware will always be slower and decrease performance. You can access our Windows servers from a Mac.
Do I need to delete the server after each use?
Nope! Our servers are monthly so everything is already priced in. No more having to delete and re-setup right before a release. Use the same server each time for a flat fee without worrying about overage charges.
Do I need proxies?
You will still need to use proxies with a server. We recommend if you can to get proxies in the same location as your server to keep the connection time low.
Which locations are offered?
We currently have locations in Ashburn (Virginia), Chicago (Illinois), Buffalo (New York), London (UK), and many more. After running a lot of tests and gathering feedback from our users we have decided to make Chicago our recommended US location because it provides our users with the best results for Supreme, Shopify, and other major site.
Which plan is best for me?
This is a question we get asked often and also one of the hardest questions to answer. The answer is it really depends on the amount of tasks and bot that you’re running. Does my computer need to be open for my Windows server to work?
Your Windows sneaker server will be online 24/7 whether or not you’re on it. This is great for people that live in timezones where releases happen during the night or are at work during a release. The night before the release you can setup your bot to run at a specific time and go to sleep not having to worry.
Can I access my server from anywhere?
A Windows server can be accessed from anywhere with a stable internet connection as long as RDP can be used. This means computers, smart phones, tablets, and Chromebooks. The Microsoft RDP app is available on the Apple app store, Google play store, and comes preinstalled on Windows computers.
What if I need help?
We offer 24/7 support that’s always friendly and happy to help you with any issue. Simply open a support ticket with us and we’ll take care of you. If it’s a general question we’re also available on Twitter and Discord.
What is the refund policy?
Since we provide a service to our customers we’re unable to offer refunds. Once an order is placed we reserve an IP address, CPU, RAM, and disk space for you.
